About the Role
Our infant room is deliberately calm and sensory-rich, with unhurried routines and a small, consistent group of children. You will be one of the first people an infant learns to trust, and one of the first a new family leans on.
Caregiving here is the curriculum. Feeding, sleeping, and changing are treated as relationship-building moments rather than tasks to move through.
