About the Role
You will share a room with a co-teacher and a group of preschool children, holding the daily rhythm together while following what the children are curious about. Our approach blends Reggio-inspired documentation, Montessori independence, and child-led play, so planning here means noticing rather than scheduling.
This is a permanent full-time position with a consistent room assignment. You will be supported by a mentor educator for your first season, a director who is present in the classrooms, and a specialist team you can call on any day.
