Suman's journey began in Ontario, where she was born and raised. Initially a Social Worker, she transitioned to Early Childhood Education in 2015, driven by her passion for brain development and her profound love for children. This shift was a result of her realization of the significant impact of quality child care on a child's future.

Suman's passion for brain development and early childhood education stemmed from her observations as a Social Worker. She witnessed firsthand the impact that high-quality childcare and early intervention can have on a child's cognitive, social, and emotional development. This drove her to explore further the crucial stage of early childhood and its profound impact on shaping an individual's future.

Suman's dedication to promoting and providing high-quality Early Childhood Education is rooted in her belief in its transformative power. She firmly believes that by nurturing young minds and creating a supportive learning environment, we can significantly influence the trajectory of a child's life, instilling hope and optimism in the future of education.

Motivated to make a difference in Early Childhood Education, Suman founded Connections Early Learning Childcare Centre in Calgary. Her vision is to provide children with a nurturing environment and high-quality education that will positively influence their future regardless of social or financial status.

Suman is inspired by the transformative and profound impact of Early Childhood Education, which drives her dedication to this field. She views mistakes as essential stepping stones for learning and growth, fostering resilience in children. Her dedication to supporting those in need reflects her compassionate nature and strong sense of empathy. Driven by her belief in the importance of Early Childhood Education, Suman works tirelessly to advocate for it, enlightening and informing others about the profound impact it can have on our communities and beyond.
